Built by the people who make the joinery

A restaurant is mostly joinery and seating: the bar, the back bar, service counters, banquettes, wall panelling and the host desk. We make all of it in our own 20,000 sq ft factory in Jebel Ali, and our upholstery workshop builds the banquette and loose seating alongside it. That is unusual. Most fit-out firms subcontract the joinery and the seating to separate workshops, which is where finish and programme usually slip. The kitchen shell and coordination with your kitchen supplier, the bar and service counters, fixed and loose seating, stone tops and cladding, feature walls, lighting, flooring, washrooms, the shopfront, and MEP coordination including extraction. We deliver it as one package so there is a single team accountable for how the room comes together, not a row of subcontractors pointing at each other.

We coordinate Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence approvals, and for mall units we work to the landlord’s fit-out rules and out-of-hours access. We hold a track record of delivering inside Dubai Mall, so the handover-to-trade process is familiar ground.
