We make them, in our own factory

Most companies selling fitted wardrobes in Dubai are selling someone else’s manufacturing. Ours are made in our own 20,000 sq ft factory at Jebel Ali Industrial First, on our own machinery, with our own spray-finishing booth. The practical difference is not marketing: the price carries no middleman, a change of finish is a conversation rather than a renegotiation, and when a unit needs adjusting on site the person who built it is reachable. You are welcome to visit and watch your wardrobes being made.

Which type suits the room

Hinged doors are the default: cheapest per metre, full access to the interior, but they need swing space. Sliding doors give that space back in a tight bedroom, at the cost of only ever seeing half the wardrobe at once and a more expensive track. Floor to ceiling runs use the dead height above a standard 2.4m unit, which in a Dubai apartment is usually where the luggage goes. A walk-in or dressing room stops being a wardrobe and becomes joinery for the whole room: island drawers, glazed display, lighting and a vanity, as in the villa above.

What actually drives the price

Three things, in order. Finish is the biggest lever: melamine, veneer and PU lacquer are genuinely different products, not tiers of the same one. Height matters next, because a floor to ceiling run needs more carcass and more careful scribing than a standard 2.4m unit. Internals come third: drawers, soft-close, lighting and pull-outs add up faster than most people expect.

Fitted or freestanding

A freestanding wardrobe is furniture you can take with you. A fitted wardrobe is joinery: measured to your wall, scribed to your skirting, and built around the awkward corner every Dubai apartment seems to have. Fitted costs more and uses every millimetre of the space. If you are renting, buy furniture. If it is your home, fit it.

How long does a fitted wardrobe take?

Typically three to five weeks from approved drawings to installation, because the pieces are manufactured before anyone arrives on site. Installation itself is usually one to two days per room.

Do you manufacture the wardrobes yourselves?

Yes. All joinery is produced in our own factory in Jebel Ali Industrial First, Dubai.
